2023 Annual Voting Members Meeting & Pancake Breakfast 

Saturday, December 9th, 2023

9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

The Meeting will be held in person at the 
New York-New Jersey Trail Conference Headquarters
600 Ramapo Valley Rd. 
Mahwah, NJ 07430

The meeting will start off with a pancake breakfast with our Executive Director, Josh Howard, flipping pancakes on the back patio at the Trail Conference Headquarters! Please join us with our exclusive pancake recipe from Maine.

There will be a vote for changes to the Bylaws and the new nominations for the Board of Directors and the At-Large Voting Members. At the end of the meeting, Executive Director, Josh Howard, will answer any questions.
